Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Allinvoice ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Allinvoice. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

Invoice Generation

Allinvoice provides tools to create invoices. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring invoice accuracy
• Compliance with tax laws in your jurisdiction
• Proper record keeping
• Any legal obligations related to invoicing

We are not responsible for: Tax calculations, legal compliance, or consequences of invoice errors.

Premium Subscriptions

1. Billing

• Premium is billed monthly at ₹49/month (≈ $0.59/month for international users)
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@allpixel.in for refund requests within 30 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Allinvoice and its content (logos, design, code) are owned by AllPixel Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Your invoices and data belong to you. You retain all rights to invoices you create using our Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of tax calculations
• Compliance with specific tax laws
• Data loss prevention

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllPixel Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllPixel Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• You request account deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
