AllConnect Child Safety Standards

Protecting children on AllConnect and across our services

1. Our commitment to child safety

AllConnect, a product of Allpixel Technologies LLP, is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We design our products with safety in mind and take reports of abuse very seriously.

These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to content or behavior that may harm children on AllConnect and any related Allpixel services where AllConnect accounts or data are used.

2. Content we do not allow

We do not allow any content, behavior, or activity that harms children or puts them at risk. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form (images, video, audio, text, links, or generated content).
  • Sexual exploitation of minors, including sexualized depictions, requests for sexual content, or transactional offers involving minors.
  • Grooming or predatory behavior toward minors, including attempts to build trust, isolate, or coerce a child for sexual purposes.
  • Sexual or romantic content involving minors, even if the content is self-produced or consensual.
  • Any content that endangers children, including encouragement of self-harm, violence, trafficking, or dangerous challenges involving minors.

We may remove additional content if we reasonably believe it could be used to facilitate harm to children, even if it is not explicitly listed above.

3. User safety measures in AllConnect

To help keep children and all users safe on AllConnect, we implement the following measures:

  • In-app reporting tools: Users can report harmful, abusive, or suspicious content and accounts directly from within the app.
  • Review and enforcement: Reported content is reviewed, and content that violates our policies is removed. Accounts involved in serious or repeated violations are permanently banned.
  • Age-inappropriate content controls: We restrict or remove content that is not appropriate for younger users, including explicit sexual content, extreme violence, or other harmful material.
  • Fraud, bullying, and harassment protections: We respond to reports of bullying, harassment, threats, impersonation, or scams, especially when they involve minors.

4. How to report child safety concerns

If you see anything on AllConnect or related Allpixel services that may harm a child, please let us know immediately:

  • In the app: Use the report option on the relevant content or profile (where available).
  • By email: Contact us at contact@allpixel.in with:
    • A description of what you saw and why it is concerning.
    • Any relevant screenshots (if safe and legal to share).
    • Links, usernames, or IDs involved.

We review urgent child safety reports as a priority and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension or banning, and notifying law enforcement where required.

This report goes directly to our internal safety/admin dashboard so our team can investigate and take action.

5. Cooperation with law enforcement and legal obligations

AllConnect and Allpixel Technologies LLP comply with applicable child protection and online safety laws. Where required and appropriate, we:

  • Preserve and disclose information to law enforcement or other authorities in line with legal process and our privacy obligations.
  • Cooperate with investigations into child sexual abuse and exploitation, trafficking, or other serious harm involving minors.
  • May share information with trusted child protection organizations, where allowed by law, to help prevent ongoing harm.

We do not tolerate the misuse of AllConnect for illegal activity, and we may report suspected CSAE or imminent harm to relevant authorities, consistent with applicable law.

6. Account controls, age restrictions, and parental guidance

  • Age requirements: AllConnect is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements under applicable local laws and our Terms of Service.
  • Parental supervision: Parents and guardians should review the apps and services their children use, talk to them about online safety, and supervise use where appropriate.
  • Device and platform controls: We encourage parents to use device-level controls (such as app store parental controls or OS-level restrictions) to help manage what children can install or access.

7. Education and safer use of AllConnect

To help keep children safer online, we recommend that parents, guardians, and young users:

  • Never share passwords, one-time codes, or account access with anyone.
  • Avoid sharing personal details such as home address, school name, or daily routine with strangers.
  • Be cautious about meeting anyone in person whom they only know from online platforms.
  • Immediately report any requests for sexual content, money, or personal information from unknown or suspicious accounts.
  • Block users who behave inappropriately and inform a trusted adult.

8. Updates to these child safety standards

We may update these AllConnect Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our products, laws, or best practices in online safety. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice in our apps or on our website.
